A message to our client families

Monday, August 10, 2020

The State of Washington has clarified Proclamation 20-25 regarding funerals during Phase II of the reopening plan. Governor Inslee recognizes the critical role that funeral, embalmer and cemetery licensees play during this unprecedented time. Licensed funeral homes and cemeteries may conduct funeral services in a funeral home or graveside under the following conditions:

1. Indoor occupancy is limited to 20 percent or 30 people, whichever is less, if and only if six feet of physical distancing between households can be achieved. Outdoor ceremonies are limited to 30 people, and at least six feet of physical distancing between households is required.

2. Only ceremonies are permitted, and ceremonies must follow all other provisions of the “Religious and Faith-based Organization COVID-19 Requirements.”

3. Receptions are prohibited.

These guys were professional and reasonably priced. I was expecting it to be much more expensive. What a relief.

The staff ar Cremation Plus walked us through everything. The price they quoted was what we eventually paid plus a few required state fees.

The expedited cremation option was very helpful as I was only in the country for two weeks after my dad passed. Cremation Plus was great to work with.

They handled my mom’s cremation during the COVID-19 lockdown. We never had to visit their office, it was all done online.
