Kenneth Drake passed peacefully on Tuesday morning after almost a 2 yr and one month struggle to recover from a stroke. He was a positive, determined, loving, agreeable, happy man who tried his best to recover but the damage was too great. For all of us who knew him, we know he kept that big smile until the last day. He loved everyone deeply. He was always eager to help out. He was a very proud Navy veteran enrolling at the age of 17. He continued to work on airplanes until he retired at age 69 from L3 Harris. He was 78 when he passed. He is already dearly missed. We are also proud to say that he is with Jesus. He was always a believer in our Lord and Savior.
He is survived by his wife of 34 yrs,
4 daughters, 2 step sons, 5 son-in-laws, 2 daughter-in-laws, 10 grandsons,
3 granddaughters, 8 great granddaughters,
& 7 great grandsons(regardless of blood he claimed you as a 100% his).
A memorial service will be held in the spring at Tahoma National Cemetery Maple Valley, Washington. Announcement will be updated here with a date and time.
