I used the services of Cremation Plus after the death of my daughter. Not only was it more economical, but I found them to be extremely compassionate and professional. For example, I was reassured when I was called about a bracelet tied to my daughter’s … More wrist. She was an organ donor, and it had been placed there for sentimental reasons by the donor organization. But Kelli, who I got to talk to over the course of using Cremation Plus took no chances, and called to make sure I wanted it left in place. Kelli called at other times, so I knew when my daughter’s body was picked up from the hospital and that it was correct. The service was also very prompt, even with needing to mail the remains and certificates to Az. Actually, much better and faster that the service I had in the past from a “full service” funeral home in Arizona. After not being told to pick up my husband’s remains there, I called and they still had not done his cremation! And virtually no contact from them! He almost was not at his memorial. So I was VERY impressed with Cremations Plus.
