Doris Jean Fulcher, a beloved mother and cherished friend, passed away peacefully due to natural causes on January 29, 2025, in Virginia. She was 66 years old.

Born on June 2, 1958, in the serene surroundings of North Carolina, Doris was the daughter of the late James and Sara Caddy. Throughout her life, she embodied warmth and kindness, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Doris was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Roy Davis Fulcher, Jr., with whom she shared a life full of love and companionship. Her memory lives on through her son, Shelton Ellis, who carries forward her legacy of strength and compassion.

Doris's presence will be deeply missed by her family and friends, who will forever hold her close in their hearts. May she rest in peace.
