You never know how big of a contribution someone makes in your life until they have left their body. Marla changed many paths in my life. I spent a couple of years as her house mate I hung out and brought her grandchildren to the zoo. Marla loved those babies more than life it's self Marla's daughter was the pride so boasted of so often. This was a great loss as marla has so much to share we spent almost everyday after work by the pool and every a And I mean every conversation we had always had a precious story about her family. I know if marla had a fighting chance she'd still be here. God has always been on her side. To her immediate family the beautiful words and pride she will Always be in my heart. I am so sorry for the loss of Marla and my deepest condolences to family and friends. It was a tragic loss. I live in Spyglass condo directly below where she lived. I don't think I ever talked to her but might have run into her. I am glad the suspect has been charged and hopefully will be in prison for the rest of his life, given his violent criminal record.

Beautiful Marla was intensely passionate having an inherent desire to right wrongs, always helping underdogs and strays! Although she was of small stature, she was an incredibly feisty petite powerhouse, who possessed a big heart of gold! Marla was the personification of an Aries woman through and through and wholeheartedly believed in truth and justice with a profound impulsivity to never back down. She was a charming, smart, kind, bold, big hearted and fun loving gal! Marla was like I had a spunky tiny terrier, who'd get the two of us in trouble barking, but we'd giggle about it later. I'm grieving for her, who was my delight throughout the years. See you again my little warrior!
